Before we leave, your camera is fully set up, tested and connected to your phone.
🟦 Do you offer same-day installation?
Yes!
If you order before 4pm, we aim to install the same day (subject to availability and location).
If not, you’ll get the next-day slot.
🟦 How long does installation take?
On average 20–30 minutes.
We hide the cables neatly, mount the cameras safely and connect everything to your phone app.
🟦 How much does installation cost?
Installation is included in your package price.
No hidden fees. No travel charges. No surprises.
🟦 What areas do you cover?
We cover all of Bradford and West Yorkshire, including:
BD1, BD2, BD3, BD4, BD5, BD6, BD7, BD8, BD9, BD10, BD11, BD12, BD13, BD14, BD15, BD16, BD17, BD18

If you’re unsure, message us — we reply fast.
🟦 Will the dash cam drain my battery?
No.
Our dash cams use the 12V cigarette lighter port, which switches off when the car is off in most vehicles.
If your car does have a permanently live port, we advise unplugging the camera when parked for long periods.
🟦 Will installation damage my car or airbags?
Zero risk.
We never touch airbag panels.
Cables are routed along safe weather seals and trim edges only — no prying, no dismantling, no tools near airbags.
🟦 What if I get a new car?
We can uninstall and re-install your dash cam into your next vehicle for a small fee.
🟦 What if something goes wrong after installation?
You get aftercare support.
If you have issues with your footage, app or wiring, just message us and we’ll help remotely — or come out if needed.
🟦 Do you offer warranty?
Yes — all dash cams come with a 12-month warranty covering faults, not accidental damage.
🟦 How do I view my footage?
Via the built-in WiFi app — you can:

• Save clips to your phone
• Send footage to insurance instantly
🟦 Can I pay with Klarna or Clearpay?
Yes.
You can split the cost over multiple interest-free payments at checkout.
🟦 How clear is the footage?
Extremely clear — 4K front + 1080p rear with night vision.
Number plates are visible day and night.
🟦 What type of vehicles can you install on?
Cars, taxis, delivery vehicles, 4x4s and vans.

Yes — perfect for gifting to new drivers, family or partners.
